This role will be responsible for supporting our continuous planning processes, including our annual budget, in addition will support our Strategic Sourcing & Procurement discipline at an enterprise level. The ideal senior financial analyst is results oriented, has excellent attention to detail, balances independent thinking with collaborative feedback, and demonstrates intellectual curiosity on a daily basis. You love working with data and spreadsheets, but also love to work with people to solve complex business problems.

A day in the life…

  • Support strategic planning processes, through collaboration with key finance and cross functional business partners
  • Builds accurate models, prepares analyses, interprets and draw conclusions from reporting
  • Owns forecasting, budgeting and modeling
  • Build and manages cross functional relationships, serving as a finance representative to your business partners
  • Perform ad-hoc and/or regular analyses that help drive strategic decisions which create the greatest value for the organization

You own this if you have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar field
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive, related experience in the retail sector
  • Proven experience in building reports, models, and tools that surface actionable insights and support business decisions making
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines
  • Curious at heart and flexible
  • Ability to independently develop processes and deliverables from general direction
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to influence peers and/or senior leaders
  • Attention to detail, data integrity, and strong collaborative relationships
  • Strong team player focused on success across the broader team in addition to individual goals
