Job Description

Tiffany Atrium is Tiffany’s new platform for social impact. Tiffany Atrium’s overarching goal is to advance professional opportunities for historically underrepresented communities by fostering and strengthening the connection between education, community, and creativity.

A highly collaborative role, the Specialist, Social Impact Projects will report to the Manager, Dei and contribute to the strategic direction and scaling of Tiffany Atrium.

This position is located in-person at our Corproate Headquarters in New York, NY with a hybrid schedule.

Key Accountabilities

Project Management & Program Support

  • Create and lead detailed work plans on social impact initiatives including timelines, marketing and communications, volunteer and special events, and research to achieve important metrics
  • Assemble and manage cross-functional workstreams, mobilizing global teams to ensure that programming is delivered on time and achieves overarching goals
  • With the direction of the DEI team, support and help refine Tiffany Atrium strategic pillars and vision, including developing guiding principles
  • Lead and provide ongoing relationship management, counsel, and logistical support to Atrium partners and programming, in partnership with DEI, GTA, Global PR, etc.
  • Coordinate and drive status update meetings with key partners and leaders
  • Build and manage volunteer group to contribute to social impact program
  • Research additional opportunities to strengthen programming and partnerships

Administration

  • Oversee and manage social impact budget, coordinating payments to partners and vendors, and tracking all costs
  • Coordinate logistics for travel, events, contracts, and various requirements

Measurement

  • In partnership with cross-functional partners, establish and regularly track metrics for each program to continuously improve impact
  • Work with cross-functional partners to develop and publish annual social impact report

Communications

  • Working with Marketing and Creative teams, manage all external social impact communications through briefing process
  • Working with Internal Communications, build and deliver compelling communications updates and events to share with Tiffany employees
  • Working with Global Talent Acquisition, create recruitment communications and EVP branding

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience working in project management in social impact, DEI, philanthropy, or related field
  • Experience successfully building and measuring DEI and/or social impact programs
  • High-level organizational and project management skills and possess analytical rigor.
  • Positive influencing skills with ability to convey a clear and focused mission
  • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills with capacity to meaningfully connect with a broad range of audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a complex matrixed organization.
