Your Work Environment

Based out Of the New York City Office, as Asq Coordinator, and Part of The Retail Excellence Team, You Will Participate in All Asq Activities and Deliverables in North America,

This Experience Will Enable You to Make a Difference in Omni Channel Experiences: Stores, E-Comm, Wholesale.

You Will Have the Opportunity to Learn how The North America and The Central Team Work Together to Provide an Exceptional Service to Our Clients and Omni Channel Partners.  You Will Be Working in A Collaborative and Team-Work Oriented Organization that Values Diversity, Inclusion and Equity.

Your Impact

  • Collect, Analyze and Assess Claims; Update and Maintain Claims Follow-Up in The System
  • Manage Relationships with Stores, E-Comm and Wholesalers of The Zone as Far as Service Execution Is Concerned and Quality Standards to Support the After Sales Service / Provide In-Person Support to Stores as Needed
  • Be an Expert and Contact for Stores, E-Comm & Wholesalers on Any Asq Topic
  • Be Knowledgeable on Key Products Specificities & Technical Details
  • Train and Support Stores, Csc Team and Wholesale, in Collaboration with The Regional Training Team, in Knowing and Following the Quality Guidelines and Procedures (how to Handle the Product, how To Store the Product, how To Identify a Quality Problem, how To Report Quality Problems,) and That Quality Rules Are Followed.
  • Collaborate and Contribute to Helping Celine North America Detect Quality Issues to Continuously Improve Product Quality or Repair Quality
  • Provide Backup Working Support for All Quality & Returns Functions when Needed
  • Support the Implementation of Updated Procedures, Tool, Training Programs and Material (quality News, Training Handbook)
  • Support End of Season Family Sales & Buy Back Activities
  • Provide Feedback and Reporting to Asq Manager to Improve Our Product Quality
  • Maintain Kpis and Regular Reporting to Ensure Good Follow up Of the Activity
  • Attend Weekly Regional Calls to Update Teams on Any Asq Topics or Answer Any Inquiries from The Store Teams

Profile

Keys for Success

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Prefered

Experience:

  • 3+ Years in A Retail Environment with Emphasis on Operations or Store Management
  • Fashion / Luxury Sector

  • Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities in A Fast-Paced, Multi-Dimensional Environment
  • Superior Organizational, Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
