Job Description

About the Role

The Assistant Manager of LaMer.com will be responsible for the site maintenance of our flagship digital property to support sales and marketing goals, and strategically drive customer acquisition through performance media. This role will report to the Executive Director of eCommerce and work in partnership with the Manager of LaMer.com and other cross-functional teams (Retailer.com, Customer Service, Creative, North America Consumer Engagement, Global, Production teams).

Managing site promotional activity for Business Results and Growth

  • Maintain team programming calendar and manage cross-functional collaboration on offer promotion execution (e.g. offer code set-up, QA, promotional sample management) with customer support teams
  • Own promotional inventory forecasting, planning and management with demand planning teams.
  • Deliver regular business reporting on acquisition channels and site metrics, new launch success, and other ad-hoc analysis as needed
  • Drive programming and on-site merchandising opportunities with to meet and accelerate Online sales growth targets

Email marketing & performance media

  • Own day-to-day email activity from planning through execution with agency partnership.
  • Drive testing roadmap to ensure optimization of email channel.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and represent Online in support of integrated marketing and consumer engagement efforts and drive innovative ecommerce with cross-functionals.
  • Support Director in driving performance conversion media in partnership with media agency.
  • Ensure media messaging is up to date in market.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in online marketing /ecommerce.
  • Experience managing email marketing or agency experience preferred
  • Online functional expertise in site merchandising, digital marketing, online analytics
  • Education Level/Degree: Bachelor’s degree preferred
