Job Description

Job Summary

Le Labo is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Online Team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations. Your central goal is to help Le Labo grow brand awareness and loyalty globally. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across our curated digital media channels, as well as acting as the bridge between Global Brand teams and Region / Market teams globally. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, budget planning, paid media, email marketing, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

This role is based in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn office.

Overview of Primary Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Works closely with Director of Digital Marketing / Web Analytics, Ecomm/Ops, and Global Marketing team to achieve market objectives, including revenue targets and other KPIs
  • Plan and manage online ad campaigns with media agency partnership
  • Build and manage marketing email campaigns and calendar
  • Review and measure campaign results; share learnings and optimization opportunities with key stakeholders
  • Support in developing KPI goals for Markets; evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, target audience, conversion, ROAS, and other KPIs
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
  • Partner closely with Ecomm, Ops, Social Media, and Global Marketing teams for a holistic online marketing approach
  • Support in paid media content planning and creation
  • Support in search engine optimization

Marketing Operations

  • Oversee all paid media budget, including spend tracking, billing/rebilling, and reconciliation with Finance and Market teams
  • Facilitates cross-functional team’s communication and collaboration, acting as the main liaison between Global / Brand teams, Regional / Local Market teams, and external vendors / agencies
  • Manages digital marketing budgets and prepares all relevant planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Maintains region / market specific marketing calendar
  • Build partnership with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position, preferably in relevant fields (beauty, luxury, fashion, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, content planning, and collaboration with Creative teams
  • Experienced in working with and managing external digital marketing agencies
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC / SEM, SEO, various social media platforms, email marketing strategy, best practices, and website analytics
  • Must know Google Analytics, GA4,
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Available and willing to occasionally work outside of regular US working hours with partners in non-US Markets
  • Working knowledge of web design principles, UX/UI, and email HTML
  • Proactive, independent, self-starter with great attention to detail, creative judgement, and excellent analytical abilities and financial acumen; competent in budget management
  • Awareness and curiosity of digital landscape; is excited by development and advancement in the digital environment
  • Knowledge of SQL, SAP, iCAT, and Photoshop preferred but not required
  • Fluency in non-English language / culture preferred but not required
