Job Description

Main Job Objective

The Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising – Na collaborates with the Director of VMSD – Na to drive the improvement of the display and presentation of the brand throughout the North American market. Responsibilities include participating in the development, production, and implementation process of Fresh’s visual merchandising across various retail channels.

Responsibilities

  • Channel Partnership
    • Explore and identify best practices of Visual Merchandising Channels
    • Support Marketing in their communications across channels, responding to channel feedback
    • Refine North America VMSD Processes
    • Partner with Global VM to understand overall design direction and adapt to North America market

  • Visual Merchandising and Events
    • Manage visual merchandising projects for various channels including fixture design and evergreen updates
    • Develop workflow and manage timelines for design adaptation and fixture rollout
    • Coordinate suppliers and vendors, overseeing fabrication in partnership with the Purchasing Department
    • Develop and upload retailer-specific planograms and visual directives for campaign updates
    • Collaborate with Graphic Designers towards the establishment of campaign and planogram
    • Support graphic and planogram uploads
    • Participate in events from design to execution

  • Vendor Coordination
    • Provide direction to vendors
    • Serve as a Point of contact on various projects with fabricators, material suppliers, artists, POSM vendors as needed
    • Understand vendor strengths, capabilities related to budget and available fabrication techniques

Profile

  • 7+ years in previous related professional experience with a strong desire to grow and learn
  • Fixture design knowledge and interest in retail design and fabrication/production
  • Experience working in Rhino Required
  • Proven ability to work autonomously but collaborate effectively across multifunctional teams
  • Ability to multi-task and meet varying deadlines across different retail channels
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas through drawings and renderings
  • Experience with three-dimensional space displays installations in a commercial or creative space
  • Proven ability to spearhead operational and administrative aspects of visual merchandising
  • Strong team spirit and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for cosmetic retailing and entrepreneurial work environment
  • Must be able to travel; must be comfortable working atypical scheduled to meet the needs of managing fast paced environments
