Job Description
Retail Operations is one of the most critical departments and the main link in supporting business growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations, the Retail Operations Coordinator provides support with all administrative tasks as well as all activities as they relate to standards, guidelines, and standardization of best practices. This role will also serve as a point person for various day-to-day store operational topics such as packaging, uniforms, invoices, calls, etc.
Key Accountabilities
- Work with the Senior Manager of Operations and Regional Operations Managers to streamline communication for the retail population, including creation and updating of materials, as well as gathering submissions for weekly retail updates.
- Place orders and assist in the distribution of non-merchandise supplies to the network.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to facilitate and track issues.
- Schedule weekly alignment calls and provide meeting minutes to ensure cascading of information is properly saved.
- Monthly reporting of the audit of procedural compliance in stores.
- Compile and analyze feedback on in-store initiatives.
Key Requirements
- 3-4 years operations experience.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Must be highly organized and able to keep track of projects with many moving pieces.
- Highly resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems in a timely manner.
- Utilize resources to eliminate roadblocks and drive process improvement.
- Must be detailed oriented and results oriented.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of retail business, demands and needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, often-changing environment.
