Job Description

FH Inventory Control is looking to add a Coordinator II to our 2nd shift team.

Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate, control, reconcile and maintain inventory and inventory accuracy both physically and in the JD Edwards system.

Safety:

  • Identify workplace hazards, assist in the investigation of incidents and acknowledge safe work behaviors.
  • Escalate issues or safety concerns to supervisor immediately; model safe working habits and ensure a safe environment for all team members.
  • Actively participate in safety team meetings and initiatives. Ensure weekly safety activities are completed.

Inventory Accuracy:

  • Receive, Issue, and or Transfer materials within all Inventory Control functions (Ring Cell, Casting, Stamp & Strike, WD transfer).
  • Perform data transactions as needed to maintain inventory accuracy using JD Edwards’s system and maintain accurate records based on Tiffany & Co. record retention guidelines.
  • This will include and is not limited to back flushing components to the floor, scrap entries, confirming finished goods, back order release, NPD entries (sports rings), and inter-branch transfers.

Supplier Partners:

  • Prepare materials and system entries for supplier orders for shipment in accordance with Tiffany & Co. policies and procedures.

Manage Inventory Locations:

  • Analyze and reconcile inventory locations (receiving, In transit, etc.) Provide accurate data to support Sarbanes Oxley Reporting.
  • Attend meetings as needed (MRB, NPE, Component, Scrap, etc.) Backup IC Analyst in Cycle Count Function.

Customer Service:

  • Assist internal customers at the IC window or throughout the manufacturing facility on a rotation schedule.
  • Team with the covering window attendant if they are unavailable or servicing another customer to ensure that customers are being responded to in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professionalism and quality customer service at all times.

Ad hoc reporting/Management Updates:

  • Provide weekly updates to management. Participate in a weekly 1:1 with the inventory control manager.
  • May be required to provide ad hoc reporting or data to support the inventory accuracy of the department.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma
  • Good communication skills (oral & written). Must be able to read & understand English
  • Must be good with numbers and able to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of word, excel and outlook.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Preferred skills:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Advanced training and mastery of excel
  • Previous experience in a high-security industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Previous Inventory Control, Administrative, Shipping Receiving or related industry experience, minimum of 3 years
  • Proficiency with JD Edwards or equivalent inventory control-related software systems
  • Advanced knowledge of JDE.
