Job Description

Main Job Objective

Fresh is currently seeking a lead Product Manager to join our global digital commerce team. The role bridges the gap between Fresh.com product strategy and development. The anager will work to identify, define, and design how to improve Fresh.com business and customer experience through the introduction of new features and functionalities. The person will be the one point of contact for all markets, will capture requirements from all the key stakeholders and in line with Fresh digital commerce strategy and ambition. The Product Manager will: prioritize product backlog (e.g. launching Fresh.com in a new market, activate a marketing campaigns, deliver digital experience and innovation projects, etc.); organize sprints allowing the delivery manager to plan resources accordingly, and manage the product lifecycle globally. The person will use sharp attention to detail to ensure our online flagship store customer experience is world-class and will deliver in a fast-paced environment by working in agile and by using design thinking to drive better results.

Responsibilities

Optimization

  • Determines and defines the functional scope of projects that introduce new features and functionalities and/or improve upon existing ecommerce features and functionalities.
  • Use analytics and thought leadership to create supporting user stories, documents and specifications for these projects (e.g. Roi analyses, functional specifications, use cases, usability scenarios).
  • Assemble and prioritize strategic roadmap initiatives specific to the business, as well as incorporating Fresh digital commerce objectives into the plan.
  • Works closely with Delivery Managers, Webmaster, Merchandising, external partners for development and It to ensure that projects are proceeding according to schedule and meeting functional and design specifications.
  • Participates in Design, Development, Quality Assurance, and UAT cycles and sign off on all development projects before website “go live” implementation.
  • Identifies and solicits internal recommendations for website improvement and incorporate in discussions regarding product roadmap.
  • Perform cost/benefit analyses of proposed projects in order to determine priority and feasibility.
  • Researches and recommends “best practices” based on competitive analysis for website development projects.
  • Measures and tracks feature performance and provides the organization with post-launch results analysis.
  • Leads agile processes including but not limited to grooming, roadmap sessions, and ideation intake for the team product organization.
  • Own the Fresh.com lifecycle roadmap and plan and is in charge of the governance and operating model, by establishing clear ways of working, across the markets, It and the rest of the digital commerce team.

Profile

  • Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience executing and managing a DTC website in a fast-growing environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum and Design thinking.

$100,000 – $115,000
