Role Overview

The Assistant Manager, Client Insight is accountable for assisting the Director of Client Care & Development in strengthening client knowledge in the Americas and maximizing the usage of client database to inform business decision and draw client-efficient action plans. This person will report to the Director and Client Care & Development and is based in NY.

Responsibilities

Create, extract, analyze and diffuse a variety of client-centric reports, highlighting short term and mid-term trends and providing suggestions for action plans in all related fields and departments such as market wide and local client strategy, product launches, events targeting, loyalty building programs, CRM campaigns, Customer Service transformation etc.:

  • Responsible for the Americas database accuracy
  • Responsible for compliance with legal CRM regulations, including regional specificities, ensure understanding and respect of legal guidelines in boutiques and be the point of contact for Richemont legal department
  • Point of contact for International Client Care & Development team on database-related topics
  • Responsible for safe and secure data storage

Market Intelligence:

  • Responsible for research, collection and diffusion of luxury and consumer market trends (demographic, economic, business, CRM etc., at regional, national, and local level)
  • Provide bi-monthly reports to CoDir and Boutique Directors

Responsible for the Americas database accuracy:

  • Conduct in-depth cleanse of US database
  • Maintain accuracy of database over time
  • Monitoring of capture rate for the Americas
  • Ensure consistency in data collection across the Americas: assist Brazil in building database through new system Cdb, implement Canada Retail database, monitor capture for internal boutiques, call center and e-boutique
  • Responsible for compliance with legal CRM regulations, including regional specificities, ensure understanding and respect of legal guidelines in boutiques and be the point of contact for Richemont legal department
  • Point of contact for International Client Care & Development team on database-related topics
  • Responsible for safe and secure data storage

Point of contact for Richemont IT team on day-to-day usage and enhancements

Responsible to develop and diffuse Sap training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related areas
  • 3-5 years of related analytical and datamining experience in mature Crm industry
  • Excellent analytical skills are required
  • Previous experience in luxury products is preferred
  • Previous experience in jewelry industry is preferred
  • Previous experience with Salesforce
  • Excellent computer skills are required, especially proficiency on Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills are required
  • Ability to be proactive, multi-task, work independently and with a team is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to speak several languages is welcome, fluency in French is a plus
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
