Role Overview
The Assistant Manager, Client Insight is accountable for assisting the Director of Client Care & Development in strengthening client knowledge in the Americas and maximizing the usage of client database to inform business decision and draw client-efficient action plans. This person will report to the Director and Client Care & Development and is based in NY.
Responsibilities
Create, extract, analyze and diffuse a variety of client-centric reports, highlighting short term and mid-term trends and providing suggestions for action plans in all related fields and departments such as market wide and local client strategy, product launches, events targeting, loyalty building programs, CRM campaigns, Customer Service transformation etc.:
Market Intelligence:
Responsible for the Americas database accuracy:
Point of contact for Richemont IT team on day-to-day usage and enhancements
Responsible to develop and diffuse Sap training
