Job Description

Position Summary

As the Creative Strategy Senior Manager on our Brand Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in defining branding strategy for Cartier North America’s marketing campaigns and digital experiences. You will support our Head of Branding Management to orchestrate the strategy, planning, communication, and delivery of creatives across Cartier North America. You are a skilled at and have a true passion for planning across all marketing channels to ensure the communication and delivery of the strategic vision is constantly on track.

Responsibilities

  • Define branding strategy, touchpoints, and territories across a robust team.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of the creative content process across both commercial and non-commercial channels ensuring touchpoint consistency and full breath of cross-functional (local and global) alignment and visibility.
  • Manage content process from concept to completion, including overseeing creative/content development, organizing and tracking assets and timelines.
  • Partner with the Creative Communication Content Director to serve as the critical points of contact for the Communications Activation team, meeting weekly to ensure the timely delivery of media, CRM and press (content and copy) assets.
  • Partner with Integrated Media and CRM teams to continuously test creative to meet and improve campaign KPIs.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, cultural insights and content trends.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, using clear and effective communication.
  • Provide clear and comprehensive direction and feedback to the Creative team.
  • Provide strategic input and executional guidance to the cross-functional team, to ensure all aspects of the brand marketing plans ladder up to global brand and product strategy.
  • Partner with the performance marketing team to continuously test creative to meet media goals.
  • Leverage key insights, data & analytics to inform decisions for strategy development and process planning and adjust as necessary.
  • Facilitate dialogue with HQ Branding team to support specific regional needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing with Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of brand marketing experience in leading creative strategies in a luxury environment.
  • Solid grasp of marketing, cultural, and consumer insights, ability to synthesize information to generate actionable insights.
  • Inspiring engaging interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people in various disciplines and cross-functions as well as present to senior leadership.
  • Strong creative mindset and culture.
  • An ability for both strategic and creative thinking, balanced with a strong business acumen.
  • Incredible orchestration skills with the unique ability to implement a process while balancing and leaving room for creativity.
  • Ability to personally set priorities and motivate others.
  • Solid negotiation and relationship building skills with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Extremely organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A sense of diligence, accountability, bias toward action and healthy sense of urgency.
  • Ability to roll up one’s sleeves to do whatever it takes get the job done.
