We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our luxury retail store. The ideal candidate will come from a luxury brand background and have some high jewelry experience, with a strong focus on clientelling and excellent presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers and maintain contact with them after the sale.
- Utilize strong networking skills to bring in new customers and business opportunities.
- Participate in store events and promotions.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably with some high jewelry experience.
- Strong focus on clientelling and ability to engage with high-end customers.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to sell luxury products.

- Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
