Ensure excellent client service to all stores or vendors by coordinating, prioritizing, communicating, and following up on all Service Orders. This position is also required to coordinate tasks and responsibilities with other members of the Retail Service Group to achieve Department goals and Objectives.

This role entails providing complete customer service support to internal and external clients and customers while adhering to company processes and policies.
