As the Hris & Control Manager, you will play a key role within the Hr team by managing and overseeing the Company’s human resources information (Hris) and payroll systems.
Reporting directly to the Svp of Human Resources, you will manage the payroll budgeting and forecasting process.
The core responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
How You Will Contribute:
- Manage annual payroll budget and forecasting process
- Review and document variances to budget – complete detailed bridge analyses
- Generate Hr reporting as required
- Manage Pcm including data entry, validation, and submission
- Partner with financial planning and analysis to insure alignment of Pcm with Sap
- Manage monthly and annual accruals process and transmit to finance
- Manage quarterly and annual bonus payment process
- Conduct bi-weekly payroll reviews including completion of all Sox controls
- Ensure that the controls defined in the Icfr framework are executed and acknowledge the Control owner responsibilities summarized as follows:
- Understand the processes, associated risks, and purpose of controls performed
- Formalize the documentation related to control execution according to the required level of accuracy with reference to his/her responsibility scope
- Retain supporting evidence every time a control is performed.
- Manage interface of local payroll with global Hris system
- Manage system interfaces of local payroll with third-party insurance and 401K vendors
- Act as primary liaison with third-party payroll provider
- Complete competitive compensation analyses
- Assess financial impact of proposed compensation changes
- Completes payroll analysis for all new proposed store locations
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, or systems related degree
- Minimum 3-4 years Hris experience; knowledge of retail industry preferred
- Experience working of Ukg Pro, Ukg Ready
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Business acumen
