What are our expectations?
A Boutique Assistant at Van Cleef & Arpels assists Sales Associates and Management in delivering an exceptional client experience by providing support to Sales Associates, daily boutique maintenance and operations, assisting Reception and providing consistent and active participation to the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence Ceremony. This person will be asked to support daily presentations and Vip presentations, coordinate and communicate with other Boutique Assistants to ensure floor coverage and perform back office and administrative tasks as needed while complying with confidentiality and security guidelines. This person will report to the Boutique Operations Manager and is based in Costa Mesa, Ca.
A Boutique Assistant are responsible for proper handling of morning jewelry set up and evening jewelry puling as well as back stock maintenance. This person will be asked to accurately backfill Pos stations and desks and maintain a strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise is kept in proper condition. A Boutique Assistant is responsible for greeting clients and assisting with Reception duties. A Boutique Assistant will be asked to respect all protocols defined by Management and Corporate regarding the client experience and to uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels image by maintaining a professional demeanor at all times and following the Service Charter.
