Job Description
  • Lead development of client relationships by creating and celebrating memorable moments for clients and boutique visitors.
  • Drive sales and care service team to achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (Kpis).
  • Master the boutique business and assess local market opportunities to implement a proactive and effective sales strategy.
  • Implement effective client strategies to ensure the development of client relationships resulting in increased business opportunities.
  • Partner with Boutique leadership, and team, on Crm efforts such as client outreach, data capture, repurchase rate, including working with the sales team to ensure store objectives are met.
  • Lead and promote networking activities for the boutique team.
  • Develop Prestige Partnership strategies to increase prestige sales within the boutique and to further develop the Vip client strategy.
  • Support and partner with sales and care service teams on escalated client matters.
  • Communicate key messages, business opportunities, and needs. Partner with Operations Manager to ensure fluidity of operations and support boutique management with controllable operating expenses.
  • Monitor, analyze and recommend action plans to optimize controllable costs.
  • Prepare sales reporting and analysis including monthly reports that provide qualitative analysis for business development.
  • Motivate and support Boutique staff. Communicate strategic brand initiatives by conducting team meetings.
  • Perform commission accuracy check, scheduling, payroll and overtime management.
  • Recruit and maintain talent pipeline.
  • Identify training and coaching opportunities for the sales team.
  • Perform individual performance reviews. 10% domestic and international travel required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration,
  • Hospitality Management, or a related field and 3 years of experience in position offered or related, including 3 years of experience with: retail management of luxury goods in international markets;
  • analysis of business trends and needs to create and implement strategies that increase traffic and sales opportunities; training, coaching and inspiring team members in sales techniques, products, and services as well as leadership by developing team management skills;
  • leading and developing client relations by creating elevated and bespoke moments for clients solidifying relationships and brand loyalty;
  • ensuring operational efficiency and profitability through controllable costs and inventory management.
