Overview:
We are looking for a Selling Supervisor with experience in the luxury fashion industry to help lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion trends and a passion for luxury brands. They will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our products to drive sales, and manage the team.
Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service
- Provides clients advice and knowledge that they may not have realized they needed.
- Exhibits behaviors that supports KPI goals.
- Educates self and client on brand and merchandise.
- Makes every client interaction a personal and seamless experience.
- Provides clients advice and knowledge that they may not have realized they needed.
- Meet company’s sales plan for individual sales and achieve store goals set by the corporate office.
- Consistently ensure customers are number one store priority.
- Assist sales associates in suggesting additional merchandise to clients.
- Provide product knowledge training and development.
- Review and correct selling floor coverage as needed on a continuous basis.
- Support sales by contributing feedback with regard to the merchandise.
Client Development
- Cultivates the client relationship through personalized connection.
- Acquires and builds client base primarily through forming relationships with new clients and retaining/building spend of existing clients.
- Ability to strategize own business and be self‐motivated; takes initiative to increase individual productivity.
- Utilizes digital tools to connect with clients, serve their needs, and follow up as necessary.
- Develops a luxury client interested in attending unique events.
Teamwork
- Partners with others to provide the best client experience.
- Actively creates a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
- Maintains positive working relationships throughout the company.
- Assists in all operational tasks while actively maintaining selling floor.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and luxury brands.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
