What This Position is All About

Under the direction of the Assistant General Manager, Operations, the Manager, Studio Services, serves as the expert leading the Studio Services business. Studio Services provides a one stop shopping option for full wardrobing needs to the entertainment industry and established independent stylists. Staffed by associates that are well versed on the merchandise of the store, it can facilitate a broad range of requests from pulling full looks, sending merchandise on approval to simply ringing and packaging selected merchandise. You must be client focused and take initiative to resolve problems, take initiative to seek out responsibilities and follow through on all projects and tasks.

You Also Have:

• Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience working in luxury retail and servicing clients
• Leadership experience
• Technical abilities; through use of various programs and applications
• Strong understanding of company brand
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Has the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with people

As The Manager, Studio Services, You Will:

• Facilitate cost-effective operations
• Maintain and grow current relationships, and procurement of new clients
• Lead processes for Studio, Memo (Consignment) and Stylists
• Service all relationships under the Studio Services umbrella
• Be responsible for follow-up and billing to various clients
• Manage shipping logistics for orders
• In partnership with Asset Protection, maintain inventory control processes
• Oversee a team of Associates who are responsible for selling and operational duties; supporting the processes for Memo (Consignment) Operations, Outside Stylists, Try Before You Buy” Program, as well as Studio Services
• Inspires others with their recommendations, builds trust quickly and can gain cooperation with little disruption
• Always portrays a professional and polished demeanor demonstrating confidence and a positive attitude.
