Job Description

Jil Sander, a leading luxury fashion brand, is seeking a skilled and experienced Luxury Sales Associate for our Soho NYC location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling women’s luxury ready-to-wear clothing, possess excellent customer relationship skills, and an elevated fashion sensibility. The candidate should be comfortable working with high-profile clients and communicating with senior company executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the Jil Sander brand and the ability to communicate its values and heritage to clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, including celebrities and fashion influencers.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure that all client needs are met, including fulfilling special orders and arranging for alterations and repairs.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and Jil Sander’s latest collections, attending all relevant training and events.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring that the store is always presented to the highest standard.


  • At least 3-5 years of experience in luxury womenswear sales, preferably within a high-end fashion brand.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • An elevated fashion sensibility with an understanding of luxury fashion and the ability to identify key trends and styles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior company executives.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends and holidays.
