Job Description:

We are seeking a Luxury Sales Associate who has a passion for luxury fashion and experience in high-end retail. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and provide personalized service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Assist clients in selecting products and make recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional service.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Attend training sessions and product knowledge meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge of the brand.
  • Work as a team player to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and luxury brands.
