Clerk, Inventory Integrity

The Inventory Integrity Clerk will support retail operations by performing scheduled and random counts and analyzes to improve inventory accuracy. The Inventory Integrity Team will perform daily cycle counts, perform first level analysis on overages and losses, and notify store management based on the value of variances.

Specific responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to :

• Execute cyclical inventories according to the store plan, including scanning and analysis
• Investigate surpluses and losses after taking counts
• Partner with Advisors and Leaders ( , Group , etc.) to share results and develop specific action plans related to cycle count results
• Using cycle count results, proactively identify trends to develop action plans with supervisor to improve count accuracy
• Retain documentation after counts or cycle count adjustments as per process
• Manage cycle inventory equipment
• Support in various inventory investigations and analysis (i.e. negative on-site report, paper report, etc.)
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and requirements

The ideal candidate possesses :

• High school diploma
• 3+ years retail experience with specific knowledge inventory awareness (goods receipt, stock movement, inventories, )
• Attention to detail and ease in performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to problem solve and easy to deal with inventory concerns
• Comfortable with inventory math, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Sap Ecc, Fiori and Vtc app a plus
• Perfectly bilingual in French and English

The evaluation success :

• Improved inventory accuracy based on annual comparison and improvements by department/department
• The number cyclic inventories carried out corresponds to the number planned counts
• Action plans have been designed and implemented to address issues
• Individual objectives related to the achievement departmental goals

Associate, Inventory Integrity

The Associate, Inventory Integrity will support retail operations by performing scheduled and Ad-Hoc cycle counts & analysis to improve inventory accuracy. The Inventory Integrity team will conduct daily cycle counts, conduct the first level analysis on overages and shorts, and update store leadership depending on variance value.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Execute cycle counts as per the plan for the store including scanning and review
• Investigate over and shortages after completing counts
• Partners with Sellers and Leaders ( , Group , etc) to share results and develop specific action plans related to results from cycle counts
• Through cycle count results, proactively identifies trends to develop action plans with the Supervisor to improve inventory accuracy
• Maintain documentation following cycle counts or adjustments as per process
• Manages the cycle count equipment
• Supports with various inventory investigations and analysis (i.e. negative on-hand report, hand keyed report, etc.)
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements

The ideal candidate:

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years retail experience, with specific knowledge in inventory awareness (receiving goods, stock movements, inventory counts, )
• Strong attention to details and comfort in completing repetitive tasks
• Ability to problem-solve and comfortable resolving inventory issues
• Comfortable with inventory math, Excel, & Outlook
• Experience with Sap Ecc, Fiori, & Cts App a plus

The measures success:

• Improved inventory accuracy based on comparison Yoy and improvements by department
• Number Cycle Counts conducted aligns with planned number counts
• Action plans were designed and executed to address problem areas
• Individual objectives linked to the achievement department goals
