Job Description

Main Job Objective

The Talent Acquisition and Talent Development Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams on the coordination and administrative support for all programs and activations related to the employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, cultural initiatives and learning and development. The Coordinator will have a passion and understanding of general HR responsibilities with the desire and potential for future growth and development within the function.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling interviews between Talent Acquisition team, internal/external candidates and hiring managers, while communicating in a highly professional manner, aligned with an exceptional candidate experience
  • Support the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development team with administrative and operational responsibilities including but not limited to:
    • Editing, updating and posting job descriptions on LVMH Careers, Linkedin And additional job boards
    • Generating candidate resume from the ATS to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers
    • Managing internal and external candidate tracking and communication via email and the ATS
    • Managing invoices
    • Conducting background checks, prepare reference check documentation and conduct references for successful candidates
    • Coordinating logistics for all Talent programs

  • Own the data in the trackers for Learning and Development Trainings
  • Provide logistical support for programs such as Brand Induction of new hires and the summer internship program
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting in the Rise platform
  • Participate in providing support and generating creative ideas for ad hoc HR team projects
  • Support the HR Coordinators and general HR team needs through connection and collaboration

What you will learn (and/or achieve) in the first 6 months:

  • Build creditability and trust amongst the HR team and employees at all levels of the organization
  • Identify key aspects of the organization’s culture – and understand the candidate and employee experience
  • Develop an understanding of fresh organizational structure, identifying key stakeholders and partners
  • Familiarize and begin mastering external (Linkedin) and internal systems within fresh and LVMH (RISE, ATS, etc)
  • Begin identifying areas of continued process improvement and enhancement across Talent Acquisition and Talent Development processes

What you will achieve in 12 months:

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and partners across the organization, building trust and credibility
  • Support and provide recommendations and/or creative solutions to enhance our internal/external processes and employee experience
  • Continue to anticipate, identify and create resolutions for department’s operational needs
  • Help to implement company initiatives that promote and further the TA and TD team objectives
  • Support in sourcing external candidates and screening resumes
  • Be fully versed in fresh processes and continuously come up with ways of improving the way we work
  • Begin to identify long-term goals for personal and professional development in HR

Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Learning & Development
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Curiosity for the business and Human Resources
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail with a mindset towards confidentiality
  • Highly proactive in anticipating team needs
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Team orientation with an ability to quickly & organically build strong relationships at all levels cross functionally
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
