General Purpose of the Position:
The Business Manager is responsible for driving the overall business to achieve the Wholesale partner and brand targets/KPIs, coordinating and providing guidelines to the sales team. The Business Manager will lead through others by supporting, coaching, motivating, and delivering clear and consistent brand messages to sales teams in order to deliver best in class results. They are a professional in the luxury industry with exceptional communication, management and problem-solving skills. The Business Manager will have an entrepreneurial mindset as it relates to expanding brand awareness while fostering the company’s heritage, building customer loyalty, with a focus on new client acquisition and top clients.
