Associate, Celebrity Relations

Joining our Celebrity Relations team, you will have the opportunity to build out efficient processes and directly impact brand image.

You are energized by…

• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintain composure, discretion, and professionalism
• Supporting the team with creating decks, recaps and other type of reporting tools
• Efficiently maintaining sample inventory and coordinating celebrity fitting requests (i.e., Check in-out process of samples on loan for red carpets, celebrity appearances, photoshoots, and events).
• Assisting with celebrity fittings on and off site the office location (setting up, packing looks, transportation, alterations support)
• Effectively coordinating travel & logistics required for celebrity activities and events (i.e., Booking flights, cars, greeters & compiling itineraries)
• Supporting the Celebrity team with event logistics and preparation (celebrity hair & makeup coordination, travel reservations, fitting schedule, flower deliveries & room drops)
• Supporting the Global Celebrity team needs around Us-based ambassador activations (photoshoots, fittings, content creation around events & red carpets)
• Communicating and networking with a variety of personalities
• Proactively keeping your office and work environment stocked with supplies and positive energy

What you will bring to the team…

• Expertise with Launchmetrics to assist in coordinating samples.
• Expertise in using our media monitoring platforms (Lefty + TalkWalker)
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills to create Who’s Who Documents, and compile event related reporting and dressing decks.
• A knack for organization to maintain monthly sample audit checks, showroom, and archives
• Familiarity with expense reports and admin work
• Discretion and always maintaining privacy when working with talent and their teams
• Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in public relations, talent relations and/or celebrity styling
• Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays
• A positive attitude and adaptability in a variety of situations

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22.45 – $28.85. Hourly rate is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
