Store Director

Hamilton Jewelers is seeking a talented and experienced Store Director to lead their team in Palm Beach Gardens. As Store Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales, service, back of house, and technical staff to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and personalized attention.
• Supervise and mentor team members, providing feedback, coaching, and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand standards are upheld.
• Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and administrative tasks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the local community, including building charity partnerships.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of retail management experience in a luxury brand, with a strong focus on jewelry, fine/high jewelry, and timepieces.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other departments.
• Proven experience in driving sales, achieving targets, and managing store operations.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and ability to network within the community.
• A passion for providing exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Experience with luxury client service and a deep understanding of luxury retail standard.
