A luxury brand is seeking a skilled Men’s Department Manager to oversee their men’s clothing department. The Men’s Department Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, creating merchandise displays, and providing training and coaching to sales associates.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
- Train and develop sales associates to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury men’s clothing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Passion for men’s fashion and knowledge of current trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
