A luxury brand is seeking a skilled Men’s Made-to-Measure Manager to oversee their men’s bespoke clothing department. The Men’s Made-to-Measure Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, crafting merchandise displays, and providing training and coaching to sales associates, particularly on the intricacies of made-to-measure.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales of made-to-measure garments and increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of premium fabrics and ensure merchandise is displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
- Train and develop sales associates on made-to-measure techniques, fitting, and customer consultations to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with tailoring department and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, especially in made-to-measure, and make informed business decisions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment conducive for premium made-to-measure services.
- Resolve customer complaints related to made-to-measure garments and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in made-to-measure luxury men’s clothing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service, particularly in made-to-measure.
- Strong knowledge of made-to-measure techniques, fitting, and fabric selection.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Passion for men’s fashion, a deep understanding of current trends, and a strong understanding of bespoke menswear.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Significant experience in made-to-measure tailoring and design.
