Overview:

Our Project Manager will work directly with the Director of Ecommerce Operations to coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments. You’ll create project plans, analyze project progress and, when necessary, timeline and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements. You have strong organizational and communication skills to work cross-functionally and in an agile environment within our Ecommerce space.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and coordinate activities with business teams, IT/systems organizations, creative and other groups for multiple digital, product and experiential projects
• Interface between brand, business and development resources to identify, define and document the project lifecycle
• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate internal and external stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Assist in coordination of the acceptance testing effort
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, Project Management, Business/Administration, Engineering, Technology or related areas of study
• Minimum 4-6 years of project management experience supporting the E-Commerce technical space required
• Ability to multitask and achieve deadlines in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner
• Strong comprehension of connected digital platforms
• Must have a clear vision of a projects objectives and be able to maintain a long term view while managing to short term deadlines
• Ability to coordinate and manage meetings among various team and lead group discussions towards desired e-commerce solutions
