A Confidential Company is seeking a Women’s Department Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of women’s department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure that the department is well-stocked, visually appealing, and merchandised to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized styling advice and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure cross-functional alignment and achieve company-wide goals.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and conducting regular inventory audits.
- Train and develop sales associates, providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in Women’s RTW within a luxury brand or high-end retail environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and identify opportunities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
