A Confidential Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Men’s Sales Associate with a proven track record in luxury RTW sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sales, and building long-lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to customers, building long-lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate products to meet their needs.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, including fashion trends, styles, and fabrics, to provide expert advice to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, generating repeat business and driving sales growth.
- Build and maintain a customer database, capturing customer information and preferences to improve the customer experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising activities, ensuring that the store is presented in a manner consistent with our brand image and values.
- Maintain the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction, handling customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the store team, providing support and assistance as needed to achieve store goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury RTW menswear sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of men’s fashion trends, designers, and brands.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet their needs.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
