A confidential company seeking a Store Manager to lead their Coral Gables location. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store’s operations, including sales, inventory, customer service, and team management. You will be expected to drive sales growth, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze KPI’s to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize performance.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Create and implement store policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain an exceptional level of customer service and ensure that customers receive a luxury shopping experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and increase brand loyalty.
• Conduct regular training sessions with the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the store.
• Manage the budget and ensure that expenses are within budgetary limits.
• Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and appropriate coverage.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing inventory levels.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Strong knowledge of KPI’s, Inventory Management, Store Operations, and luxury client service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.
