Role Summary:

The Analyst, Commissions will support the Manager, Commissions and Compensation team in recurring processes, reporting and ad hoc requests. The incumbent will be the first point of contact for all commission and benefit rate inquiries.

As The Analyst, Commissions, You Will:

• Administer recurring Commissions Reporting, ensuring all deadlines are met including but not limited to Arrears Reporting, Draw Rate Reductions and Seasonal Base Rate Review
• Update Commission System (Tally) as needed for new product lines, vendors and stores, provide reporting as needed
• Lead the Large Transaction Jewelry Commission Reduction Process by tracking reduction requests and providing weekly reports to the CFO for approval
• Work with payroll by submitting tickets for manual commission payout adjustments as need for reductions and retroactive calculations
• Provide ad hoc commission analysis for commission and benefit rate inquiries
• Manage the Commissions AskHR Ticketing System (Commissions HR Help Desk), including assigning tickets, answering tickets, tracking progress, providing reporting and escalating tickets to the Commissions Manager
• Work closely with IT to resolve system issues/inquiries and reporting requests
• Support the Commissions Manager by providing detailed analysis on Strategic Commission Initiatives
• Support Compensation Initiatives as needed including but not limited to the administration of the Annual Incentive Plan, Salary Review and Client Development Manager Bonus Program
• Additional duties as assigned

• You possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships across the business
• You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• You are a natural problem-solver who is also intuitively analytical and creative
• You are comfortable with decision making

You Also Have:

• 2+ years experience in It, HRIS or Compensation experience
• Experience in It or with HRIS or Commission Systems
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced level experience utilizing Excel and writing VBA code
