About the Role:
The Manager, Brand Education is responsible for leading all brand and hair category education for Kristin Ess. Reporting into the Sr. Brand Manager, Marketing this role will involve collaborating with marketing, social media, influencer and sales to plan for new launches, support key marketing initiatives and create educational content that aligns with business priorities. The brand education manager will be the face of the brand’s education pillar and represent the brand digitally and in-person at events. This role will also support the innovation team by providing input into product development including formula testing and evaluation.
