Job Description
  • Serve as a point of contact for all general Recruiting and Human Resources inquiries
  • Assist in resume screening, scheduling interviews, interviewing, and providing a positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate and act as a primary contact in the onboarding process, which includes managing the new hire calendar, ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner, and supporting the New Hire Orientation
  • Maintain organizational charts, the Employee Handbook, new hire packets, HR process documentation and other HR documents as needed
  • Participate in and provide ongoing support to HR strategic initiatives and special projects based on the needs of the team and business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1 – 2 years of Human Resources or related experience preferred
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse experience preferred
