The People Solutions Group (PSG) maintains the central source of information for employee records and information regarding HR policies. The PSG Specialist will utilize the software product Cherwell to track and process incoming employee requests and offering self-service options for key changes, company forms, and information. Our ideal candidate is a natural problem solver with experience serving both exempt and non-exempt associates and working within a ticketing system. This candidate will possess effective communication skills and a sharp analytical acumen, as well as demonstrate a strong drive to reach timely resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
