Job Description

Job mission

The Cartier North American network is composed of boutiques, E-commerce & external partners. Our external partners, also referred to as our Retail Partners are official Cartier Watch distributors directly integrated into our business ecosystem.

Our objective is to make sure that we are working with the best partners while ensuring that they are offering the same services & level of experience than in our internal network.

By joining our team, you will be reporting to the North America Retail Partnerships Director, part of the North America Commercial Strategy Team. You will have the chance to work on very transversal Maison projects, involving regions (Regional Vice Presidents & Regional Managers) and corporate teams.

Key responsibility 1: Retail Partners’ Network Dynamics

  • In collaboration with Regions and HQ, create the proper classification of our point of sales within the network and participate in prospect evaluation process
  • Strategic analysis of the Retail Partner network, yearly maintenance of our network segmentation
  • Lead our yearly retail partners’ assessment across all regions
  • In charge of legal processes in partnership with Legal department and regions

Key responsibility 2: International Key Accounts Project Management

  • Collaborate with leadership on business analysis & strategic recommendations to develop Key Accounts
  • In charge of all strategic projects roll out and implementation
  • Lead monthly business reviews with Cartier’s leadership
  • Serve as a key business partner point of contact

Key Responsibility 3: Lead the Acceleration of our Partners’ Supply Chain Transformation

  • Strategic roll out of our new internal Richemont B to B tools
  • Support leadership with the assortment definition in collaboration with Supply Chain
  • Provide guidance and feedback to develop High End Business

Key responsibility 4: Steer the organization of Watches & Wonders with Executive Leadership

  • In collaboration with the Events, Client Experiences, Marketing and Regions, lead the commercial organization of the world’s annual largest watch fair
  • Conduct the creation of strategic reports and presentation for executive committee
  • Support the in-person trainings & business plans with each region


  • You have between 3 to 4 years of successful experience in commercial functions, financial, operations, a market or field experience is a plus
  • You have strong communication/interaction skills
  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • You have good project management skills
  • You have convincing interpersonal and relationship-building skills, the ability to federate a group of people on a project
  • You are proactive, flexible, innovative, and passionate
  • You are a driven individual with potential of future development within the Maison
  • You have strong working knowledge of Windows environment
  • The mastery of Power BI, Macro & SAP knowledge is a plus
