Role Overview
A Customer Service Associate at Van Cleef & Arpels is a highly client facing role that ensures After Sales Service is handled efficiently and assists clients and Sales Team with solving client issues. The role provides to support to Sales Associates and to the Back-Office team as needed and assists in maintaining the store’s appearance. This role reports to the Boutique Director and is based out of Miami, FL.
