Job Description

Maesa is looking for a full-time Manager, Omnichannel, reporting to the Senior Manager, Omnichannel.This role will sit on the Customer Development team, overseeing E-Commerce Sales related activities for several Maesa brands including sales, assortment, paid search, performance analysis, content management, performance marketing, and promotional planning. The candidate must have strong project management skills, proficiency in driving online sales and experience working with an omnichannel retailer preferred. This person is very data-driven and well versed in E-Commerce trends and tools.​

Primary Responsibilities:

Customer Development & Sales

  • Work with Senior Manager to set the overall e-commerce strategy and execution to grow Walmart.com sales, digital penetration growth and meet goals.
  • Maintain e-Commerce budgets and regularly report on performance against KPI goals.
  • Define, manage, and execute ongoing digital content planning and calendar: plan marketing activities, promotions, new product launches and other activities necessary to support the brand(s) online.
  • Own and oversee product pages and content need across Walmart.com and DTC, optimizing content for best-in-class performance.
  • Assist with meeting and presentation preparations at the customer, including buyer meetings.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders at our Retail partner.
  • Collaborate with Walmart 3P agency to ensure 1P/3P strategies drive maximum synergy.

Performance Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Oversee paid search via Walmart Connect, monitoring investment, strategy and analytics to drive iterative improvements in performance.
  • Coordinate with Founder, brand experience or outside resources for content creation, providing direction on needs; ensure content (copy/image/video assets) is on brand and optimal for digital performance.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing and brand experience teams to support key brand focuses, key product features, themes & campaigns throughout the year, supporting integrated communication plans.
  • Monitor competitive activity, review digital touch points, propose action plans and identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Management of search campaign reporting and online business performance to key stakeholders

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / communications / digital / business / media
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce/digital marketing.
  • Experience with Retail Link / Walmart Connect or equivalent preferred (Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising, Sephora.com etc)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and advanced use of Excel, strong analytical skills
  • Proven knowledge of CMS tools – Shopify experience a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills, organized.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a team environment and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Extreme attention to detail, excellent follow-through skills and time-management skills.
