Job Description

The Opportunity


In Latam Distributors we oversee 15 countries in Latin America. The focus of our organization is to support our distributors in these markets to achieve the annual goals.

The Education Manager will be in charge of providing training on all of our beauty brands, including fragrance and make up products, to the Point of Sale (POS) staff taking care of consumers in the retailers, as well as ensuring that the sell through workforce at our distributor’s locations, have all the educational tools needed, and the incentives to achieve company’s plans.

Reporting to the business unit Retail Manager, the Education Manager will work hand in hand with the commercial and marketing teams to build & foster relationships with global and local stakeholders, to ensure alignment & smooth executions.

What you´ll get to do

Key Functions & Responsibilities


Define and ensure the correct roll-out of the education strategy, in accordance with each country´s annual strategy:

  • Execute in person and online training sessions for the (POS) Team
  • Develop all training materials
  • Guide and Support distributors on the forecast of all CPS Training & Materials
  • Manage trainers employed by the distributors (Train the Trainers)
  • Maintain the Digital learning platform

Sell Through Management

Support distributors to define, control and coordinate the sell through strategy:

  • POS Team allocation
  • Handle budget for team allocation and management.
  • Maintain the team database.
  • Define and implement POS team incentive plans on key launches.
  • Coordinate staff uniform production & implementation in accordance with global guidelines
  • Support recruitment

We´d love to meet you if you have


  • Degree in one of these disciplines: Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, Pedagogy or similar.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with similar responsibilities.
  • Previous experience with Luxury beauty brands is required.
  • Familiarity with different training methods, such as: mentoring/coaching, on-the-job and in-class training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time in America and occasionally worldwide.
  • Proficient English and Spanish required.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Strong planning and organization skills.
  • Influencing and relational
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
