Position
Main Job Objective
The Manager plays a pivotal role in Global Operational Marketing team and this position will lead all aspects of operational marketing initiatives, providing brand support including day-to-day management while meeting long-term growth objectives.
The position partners closely with Global teams and Local teams, ensuring excellence in the execution of Global Marketing and Global Retail within the Southeast Asia (SEA) and Korea markets. As a champion of building relationships, the Manager will proactively improve collaboration, communication, and effectiveness to meet both global and local business needs, to promote sharing of diverse knowledge, skills, and experiences with the local market teams as well as global team’s cross functional partners.

Build and foster relationships with cross functional partners in global and local teams
Develop deep understanding of the global strategy and go-to-market execution, inclusive of both the long-term vision as well as mid-term / short-term goals and activation

You will become the expert of the local markets, representing their needs and serving as their voice in Global team. You will see influential results in successful campaigns, application of new initiatives and process improvement, on both global and local teams.
