Summary

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Manager of Compensation & HR Analytics to shape compensation strategies and be involved in financial processes. This role requires strategic financial acumen combined with human resource expertise, reporting to the Director of Compensation & Benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and validate competitive compensation proposals for Retail Management positions.
  • Ensure adherence to wage and hour regulations and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Engage in luxury retail and corporate sector salary surveys.
  • Analyze market trends and salaries, presenting findings annually and as needed.
  • Reassess tools for non-managerial roles in retail and corporate settings annually.
  • Assist with the comprehensive compensation review process, focusing on non-manager roles.
  • Maintain accurate monthly headcount records and ensure data integrity.
  • Generate HR reports and streamline reporting processes through automation.
  • Oversee annual reporting tasks such as Social Report preparation and risk management assessments.
  • Manage the Human Resources Database (HRDB), suggest improvements, resolve issues, and deliver training.
  • Design advanced compensation tools for Regional HRDs/Store leaders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & HR Analytics.
  • Experience with HR data and systems (Korn Ferry, Mercer, UltiPro).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS experience advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with a track record of actionable recommendations.
  • Independent work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Sensitivity toward confidential matters and diplomatic problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive attitude towards embracing change and innovation.
  • Customer-focused professionalism and efficiency in responding to inquiries.
  • Ability to forge robust relationships across all organizational levels.
  • French Language proficiency is a plus.

  • Takes an omnitude approach to identify and recommend merchandise across all channels

Cultivate and grow client base

  • Cultivates the client relationship through personalized connection

  • Ability to strategize own business and be self‐motivated; takes initiative to increase individual productivity through out of home base selling and strong client relationships
  • Utilizes digital tools and social media to connect with clients, serve their needs, and follow up as necessary
  • Proactively utilizes mobile devices and selling technology to communicate with clients and expand the business

Champion operational excellence

  • Assists in operational tasks (actively maintains selling floor, fills in stock, cleans fitting rooms, returns merchandise to other departments)
  • Ensures audit compliance

  • Partners with others to provide the best client experience
  • Actively creates a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration
  • Maintains positive working relationships throughout the company
