Summary

We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Manager to lead all aspects of our organization’s compensation, benefits, HRIS, and payroll strategies, policies, and program designs for all LVUSM workshops. This key business partner role involves aligning programs with the Company’s strategic objectives and reporting to the Senior Human Resources Leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Design programs to attract, retain and engage a highly skilled workforce, ensuring compliance, internal equity, and desirability.
  • Lead the evaluation and alignment of individual positions and job levels to ensure career framework and compensation structure.
  • Own all activity related to published compensation surveys, market trends, and competitive pay positions.
  • Lead, implement, and coordinate health and welfare and retirement programs.
  • Establish and manage compensation and benefits related budgets, forecasts, accruals, and provide audit support.
  • Provide models and projections for staff costs-related projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate the annual compensation review process.
  • Audit, approve, and control payroll processing for all LVUSM entities.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the LVMH Social Reports and liaise with Paris for accurate results.
  • Prepare compensation proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or other relevant field of study.
  • 1-2 years of Finance experience in relevant industries is a plus.
  • 8+ years of compensation, benefits, HR operations/systems experience with a minimum of 3 years in leading C&B strategies.
  • Knowledge of leading practices and external trends in compensation, benefits, and HR systems.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance for benefit plans.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel required.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
  • Agile approach with the ability to be tactical and strategic.
  • Drive for results without compromising ethics and quality.
  • Strong capacity to work autonomously in an evolving and fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communicator, able to adjust the message to match the audience.

  • Takes an omnitude approach to identify and recommend merchandise across all channels

Cultivate and grow client base

  • Cultivates the client relationship through personalized connection
  • Acquires and builds client base primarily through forming relationships with new clients and retaining/building spend of existing clients
  • Ability to strategize own business and be self‐motivated; takes initiative to increase individual productivity through out of home base selling and strong client relationships
  • Utilizes digital tools and social media to connect with clients, serve their needs, and follow up as necessary
  • Proactively utilizes mobile devices and selling technology to communicate with clients and expand the business

Champion operational excellence

  • Assists in operational tasks (actively maintains selling floor, fills in stock, cleans fitting rooms, returns merchandise to other departments)
  • Ensures audit compliance

Contribute to team success

  • Partners with others to provide the best client experience
  • Actively creates a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration
  • Maintains positive working relationships throughout the company
