Summary

The IWC Client Advisor in Topanga, CA, is responsible for providing an exceptional client experience and achieving personal sales targets. As an ambassador of IWC, the Client Advisor ensures client satisfaction and fosters strong relationships with a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Host clients and stakeholders, offering personalized customer experiences.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for watches, accessories, and services.
  • Identify and create sales opportunities both inside and outside the boutique environment.
  • Establish and maintain strong personal relationships with clients.
  • Focus on CRM to support client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain the client database and manage daily clienteling activities.
  • Handle customer service requests and processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of IWC’s history, products, and partnerships.
  • Deliver outstanding client service to differentiate from competition.
  • Act as a brand ambassador both in and out of the boutique.
  • Execute all operational tasks with attention to detail.
  • Maintain the boutique according to IWC visual merchandising standards.
  • Support the boutique team and contribute to the organization with a strong team approach.
  • Take on a championship role to participate in boutique administration and elevate KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or hospitality.
  • Background in Sales or Hospitality preferred.
  • Fluency in English and comfortable with video chat software.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Resourceful, independent, and result-oriented.
  • Accountable, reliable, and organized.
  • High emotional intelligence and understanding of client satisfaction in luxury experiences.
  • Ability to adapt individually to clients.
  • Open, outgoing personality with eagerness to learn and grow.
