Job purpose
As a senior manager of retail training you will be a strategic business partner to market leadership and a business coach to store leadership. You will be responsible for the planning, delivery and embedment of all retail training to our field teams across multiple doors, ensuring consistency in service excellence and behaviours driving KPI achievement
You will have a primary focus on coaching and developing our retail business leaders, with one direct report focused on sales team training and productivity, therefore delivering a comprehensive training and business development approach in your market.
