Job Description

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):

  • Respond to clients in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner over the phone or email
  • Accurately and confidently communicate order information, policies and procedures
  • Display a positive attitude and work with integrity when dealing with clients, consignors, and co-workers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues and concerns
  • Document and update client records based on interactions
  • Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Handle numerous client inquiries promptly, accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with other internal departments to ensure issues affecting customer orders and returns are resolved
  • Adhere to the established work schedule

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years experience in Customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Tech savvy – ability to learn multiple software and systems easily
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Must be flexible with the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays. During particularly busy periods, the work schedule may fluctuate
