Job Description

Supports & coordinates activities related to the Company’s Media Marketing efforts. Documents, prepares and disseminates information by which decisions effecting business, sales and relationships can be effectively made.

Profile

Responsibilities:

Print, Television, Ooh and Digital

  • Support media planning process
  • Coordinate creative requests with outside agency
  • Coordinate creatives trafficking to media agency and vendors
  • Create post campaign
  • Creative report Update monthly media activity report
  • Update internal media reporting tool Communicate media initiatives to  Boutiques

Co-op

  • Coordinate processing of coop agreements Update coop agreements when necessary
  • Process and audit all co-op advertising claims
  • Coordinate high volume of creative requests with outside agency and delivery to each account
  • Coordinate and track use of digital assets in social media platforms

Finance

  • Enter purchase orders for media, production and fees buys
  • Review and code media invoices to submit to Finance
  • Keep track of billing status

PR, Events

  • Public Relations
  • Tracking and coordinating products loan and placement
  • Events
  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of retailer and events including invitation and administration coordination and post event reporting

Professional requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must be a “multitasker” to juggle with many projects and deadlines on a continual basis
  • Must be well organized with an eye for detail
  • Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to manage high volume & tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience with media
  • Prior luxury goods coordinator experience a plus.
