Position

General Purpose of the Position

As a key member of the Logistics Team, the Logistics Analyst role will be responsible for gathering and providing critical information to in improving cost efficiencies and operational activities within the Us and Canadian Region.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support and help implement operations solutions that will deliver improved cost and service at the warehouse level
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on vendor KPIs.
  • Support and implement operating procedures for Ecommerce distribution
  • Supervise quality control team in the warehouse
  • FedEx Reporting and auditing
  • Support in FedEx shipment adjustments
  • Support in Rfp freight forwarding shipments related to non-merchandise materials
  • Review and analyze chargebacks to improve Edi compliancy
  • Proactively monitor and follow up on shipment status and troubleshooting shipping issues with freight forwarders custom broker, or last mile delivery
  • Partner with Director of Logistics to plan weekly or bi-weekly wholesale warehouse capacity for Retail and Wholesale distribution channels

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Able to work in a fast paced, result focused
  • Strong time management skills and ability to establish priorities over a given time frame
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, verbal and written
  • Self-disciplined and problem solver
  • Passionate and curious about logistics
  • Detailed Oriented
  • Strong business ethics

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Immediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong background in analytic experience
  • Experience with Sap a plus

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience within logistics or retail operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics is preferred
