The Marketing Manager will work closely across marketing, retail and wholesale functions to ensure that the company has a sound marketing strategy in place on a global level across all owned and paid marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- E-Commerce and CRM
- Spearhead efforts for the fashion team to launch eCommerce on a global scale.
- Create and manage production calendar for all creative content and copy needs.
- Working closely with Brand Creative Manager, manage digital market efforts as it pertains to driving E-Commerce sales with a targeted and qualified audience.
- Oversee email and acquisition campaigns.
- Review website architecture to ensure brand is serving clients at every possible touchpoint.
- Collaborate with third party affiliate partners to maximize exposure and opportunities for paid/organic cross promotion.
- Retail and Wholesale Marketing
- Collaborate with VP Mar/Comm, VP Wholesale and VP Retail on spearheading B2B Client relations for Marketing team, overseeing pipeline for events, physical and digital marketing and cross-promotion strategies both organic and paid.
- Manage co-op budget and serve as liaison for all co-op investments, finding ways and innovative vehicles to maximize ROI where possible .
- Collaborate with Communications Director on ongoing wholesale and retail events on cross promotional opportunities.
- Media Partner and Wholesale Partner Co-Op Management:
- Budget planning and negotiations
- Communication of brand needs and review of opportunities
- Execute Plans Ensuring partners reach KPIs
- Digital coop partnership
- Develop creative programs for digital coop opportunities
- Liaise with retail partners
- Reporting
- Spearhead ideation and execution of experiential retail activations with the objective of client acquisition and retention, with clearly defined KPIs.
- Strategy
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership, internal stakeholders and licensee teams to share objectives, strategies and results pertaining to omni-channel marketing.
- Work closely with VP Mar/Comm and Brand Creative Manager on content roadmap that both excites and speaks to brand spirit, and is viable commercially.
- Digital Media
- Manage and present bi-annual Digital Media strategy.
- Collaborate with digital agency partners, ensuring successful digital media campaigns or eCommerce rollout with strong ROI, adherence to timeline and budget.
- Work with existing partners from the company to best align budgets.
- Budget
- Create and maintain digital marketing budget and project allocation forecasts, providing monthly updates and reforecasts as needed, including invoicing and tracking.
- Submit invoices or issue Invoices to third party vendors for reimbursement as required.
