Job Description

The Retail Initiatives team supports the implementation and drives the adoption of priority projects within the Customer Pyramid. The Sr. Manager, Program Management will be a resource on high-priority projects within the CX Pyramid roadman and will work across Pyramid Leadership and other organizations to gain alignment and deliver project outcomes that support customer activation strategies. This role will be accountable for delivering strategic initiatives from planning to completion through leading resources from across the company with clarity and energy and delivering results.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and partner with customer pyramid, product management, and merchandising / planning (or other) teams to drive strategic priority initiatives.
  • Understand the project vision and timelines to ensure delivery happens in line with business requirements and manage communication within and across project teams to proactively identify risks and mitigations.
  • Lead projects related to retail experience products, services and processes as well as how they are experienced by customers
  • Effectively manage stakeholders across organizations, including well-developed negotiation skills and ability to maintain decision-making accountability with stakeholder input
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking (long term, preventative risk mitigation) and orchestration of complex support planning in order to deliver projects on time.
  • Manage schedules for collaborating with team members to track milestone deliverables and drive project management.
  • Create feedback loops to ensure the right business challenges are identified and addressed.
  • Drive positive change in a complex environment
  • Deliver results in an agile environment to continuously assess the program needs and priorities, including directing team resources with well-defined requirements

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project/program/operations management working with cross functional diverse teams with and experience dedicated to leading programs / projects
  • Demonstrated consistent ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver technical solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles / obstacles
  • Excellent problem solving, conflict / resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly adaptable, and strong collaborator, fierce advocate, and influencer
  • Detail oriented, proactive, sound operational judgment, up-beat and “can do” attitude with an ability to work across multiple projects as needed.
  • Superior communications and presentation skills
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
  • Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Travel may be required, up to 10%
