The Sales Experience Manager is responsible for the sales experience of a Neiman Marcus store, managing the Alterations team, and Service Ambassador team. The Sales Experience Manager facilitates partnerships across functions, drives the team towards goals, and leverages team skills to build a customer-driven sales experience, all while being a steward of Neiman Marcus.
