Responsibilities & Duties
Cash & Banking Responsibilities Complete cash and check reconciliation daily Complete ReSa (Sales Audit) activity daily Lead and support all bank deposits and baking needs Manage red bags and media handling Reconcile cash office profile register drawer
Administrative Responsibilities Manage associate spiff payouts Complete Whirl inquiries as needed Support tax exempts and sales tax record needs Support the marketing exceptions process Support Lp in credit dispute resolution Support resolution of escalated customer credit inquiries in partnership with credit services
Store Support Responsibilities Assist support team with support responsibilities with the following (but not limited to):

Qualifications
Prior retail experience preferred High School Diploma, 4-year degree preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Motivated and results-driven “Win together” mentality Ability to work autonomously
Experience in handling money
Excellent customer service skills Basic proficiency with Ms Office Product Suite Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
